How Do You Cope With Sadness?

What kind of sad are you? How do you cope with feeling blue? I’m not talking about the “don’t want to get out of bed depression” but the “just not feeling like yourself” sadness. Many times we can resort to unhealthy or dysfunctional coping mechanism because they are quick and easy, but many times they leave us feeling worse than we had before. Hangover, anyone? Prevention magazine put together a fantastic article with tips on how to feel better when you’re blue, avoid that hangover, and asked me to contribute some tips.
